Haven't visited you in

too long a while.

Cold temperatures, surgical recovery and

just plain Living Life 101 had me consumed.

I apologize with a sincere heart for my absence.

I am here today... early morning.

Walking on sands warmed by the sunrise;

sitting on the shore watching the tides & waves

change each moment of my witnessing;

feeling the morning winds blowing

through my hair even as the sun caresses

my skin & warms my heart.

I am here today!

It is now!
