The Long Beach Farmersβ Market kicked off for the season on Saturday, May 29 at Kennedy Plaza at 1 W Chester St. It will host a series of local vendors each Wednesday and Saturday, lasting into the fall season.
The market will feature a variety of locally supplied goods for market goers to enjoy. A plethora of certified organic fruits and vegetables, herbs, and greens will be available alongside items like juices, cheese, milk, beer, fresh pasta, pickles, smoked pork, soaps and preserves. The Roslyn Farmersβ Market officially kicked off for the season on Wednesday, June 2 at Christopher Morley Park. From now through December 29, you can visit the market every Wednesday between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Babylon Villageβs first Summer Sunday is set to kick off a series of four events, one Sunday a month throughout the summer season. Summer Sundays will include traffic closures along Deer Park Avenue, allowing residents to browse and support local businesses.
Summer Sundays in Babylon Village are meant to both energize businesses, as well as provide residents a fun day out within the community. Businesses, in particular restaurants, can be enjoyed for seven full hours, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., unencumbered by traffic.
