Once a month moms will be able to participate in an event such as going to a restaurant, a paint and craft night, and plenty of other fun activities. “The moms get a chance to get out and take a breather. We do things like a Halloween-themed party or go to a farm for the children,” stated instructor Cate for the Suffolk County West franchise.

If interested in Fit4Mom, they have two groups in Suffolk County West and Central Nassau. During the summer months, Fit4Mom workout classes will be held in outdoor areas including parks to get the moms and babies in the fresh air. For the Suffolk County West group, locations include the Nissequogue River State Park and the Smithtown-Nesconset Library Park. Learn more about their locations here. For Central Nassau, locations include Ridder Pond Park and Michael J. Tully Park. Find out more about their workout spots here.

“It's more than just a place to go workout, it's a community for moms and babies to get a good workout and also be a part of a community where they feel supported and they find family,” said Cate.
