Culture Fine Foods & Cocktails of Babylon prides itself on serving its customers only the freshest and tastiest food that is handmade from scratch, with nothing frozen or out of a box.
Culture offers a scratch menu weekly full of new specials for their guests to try. As co-owner and partner Chef Wells states, “It's a way for my team and I to get our creative bug out.”

The scratch menu can also be recognized as the Summer Menu, full of delicious choices including the fan favorites of Baked Clam Toast and the Pasta Flight. Hand-delivered on a wooden board is the beloved Pasta Flight, with choices of pesto, alfredo, vodka, and marinara sauce with a nice, fresh piece of burrata in the center. As Chef Wells noted, this dish is well-liked by everybody because you get a taste of all the different types of pasta.
Culture also provides some fun weekly specials for its customers to enjoy including Taco Tuesday specials, Boozy Brunch on Saturdays & Sundays, and plenty more. Pick one brunch plate and sip on mimosas, screwdrivers, or bloody marys for 90 minutes during their fun boozy brunches.
Don’t forget to join Culture for their “Aggressive Happy Hour” as all drinks and small bites are $7 and under from 11:30 a.m. until 7 p.m., and 7 p.m. until close at the bar Monday through Thursday, and from 11:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Fridays.

Only opening 10 weeks before the pandemic in the heart of Babylon Village, this spot has faced a lot of challenges throughout this year. “In 10 weeks we were still training cooks and servers how to do stuff and then all the sudden we are shut down and we don’t even have a to-go system. We just adapted and for four months we did every single type of to-go program that's out there,” revealed Chef Wells.
Despite the troubles of Covid and the pandemic, this spot has become a popular destination in Babylon to enjoy incredible dishes, fun cocktails, and a unique environment unlike any other.
Make Culture your next dining experience any time Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Make your reservation today here.
